I Went To The Er And Was Proscribed 5 Different

I went to the er and was proscribed 5 different Rx for devertculitis. Are they safe and how should I take them, spaced every 2 hrs or longer. They are ciprofloxacn,metronidazole, metoclopramide,protonix and tramadol. I also take omeprazole, levoththyroxin ,losartan/hctz, metformin Er, carvedilol, and atorvastatin. Please help.
