I Went To The Er Earlier Because I Felt I

I went to the er earlier because I felt I couldn't breath and was bloated. They did an ultrasound and said I was fine, and gave me some laxatives. A took an oral and suppository one. That was 9am. It's now almost 12 hours later and I have am passing water stool, also I am burping alot, but I still am bloated. Not much stool comes out when I go to the restroom, and I still am feeling like my nose is stuffed up
