I Went To The Er For A Yeast Infection. They

I went to the er for a yeast infection. They told me i had a trace of trichomonasis. Treated me with oral antibiotics and a shot of antibiotics. Upon arrival i had no discharge or smell. A day later i noticed that i am very irritated than before. Including a brown discharge and slight smell. Three days later im still irritated with this brown dirt like discharge. What is going on??
