I Went To The Er Yesterday For The Bronchial Crude

I went to the er yesterday for the bronchial crude going around. Today if had a fever all day of 100.0 and with Tylenol and ibeprofen it hasn't went down. If my temp keeps going up should I go back to the er. Or just let the antibiotics take it's course and see how I feel
