I Went To The Eye Doctor Today And He Said

I went to the eye doctor today and he said he sees something odd in the back of my eye thinking it may be a nerve or potential blindness. He asked if I had headaches and I said recently more often yes through out the year maybe 6 then asked for nausea and dizziness and I said no. What could be wrong?
