I Went To The Gynecologist And The NP And Another

I went to the gynecologist and the NP and another gynecologist stated I had a bartholin cyst on my right vaginal wall but it was deep. It was already somewhat painful at this point. The NP tried to drain it but said she did not get any drainage out. She did not stitch the incision. I had told her when I first arrived that I thought it had burst the night before because my panty liner had what looked and smelled of pus on it. The discharge was yellow. She could not find a place where it may have done that even though it had went down somewhat and then by morning gotten bigger again.
I take Remicade for crohns and thus somewhat immunocompromised. She did not prescribe any antibiotics. Last night I had some yellow discharge/drainage again and now today it is brown in color. My husband took a picture for me to look at the incision site and it is very red and swollen. I expected some due to the manipulation that was done but not to this degree. I am nauseated, feeling unwell and running fever of 100.3 despite Tylenol. Do I wait till tomorrow to see doctor or do I just go to ER? I am worried due to me being immunocompromised and infection.
