I Went To The Gyno Last Week For A Bump

I went to the gyno last week for a bump on left side labia minora up higher near the clit area.. Tested for herpes results were negative. She gave me cephalexin and ive seen no changes its still here.. It was sore to touch last week and now its not thats the only difference its still the same in size.. Should i go back in to dr or what?
