I Went To The Hospital Sunday Morning With Fever, Bloating,&

I went to the hospital Sunday morning with fever, bloating,& constipation & was given CT scan revealing diverticulitis. I am on antibiotics and have begun eating broth & drinking green tea. Apple juice has been helpful for fixing constipation. I have noticed a lot of swelling in my scrotum. Is that normal during this healing process?
