I Went To The Hospital Because I Was Hurting In

I went to the hospital because I was hurting in the under right side; it felt like something was under my rib. But I have been hurting around my naval and the severity of the pain is in my right side. At time I feel ready sick. I am still hurting bur the hospital doctor tested my gallbladder and she stated that it was alright' I am still hurting. What should I do or what can this be.
