I Went To The Hospital Two Weeks Ago And Ended

I went to the hospital two weeks ago and ended up having a uti and they did blood work and everything, but I’ve been sick constantly for over a year and when I went to the doctor the other day for being sick again they told me I need to get blood tests to check for cancer or an organ problem. My question is should I get that done or would it have showed up in my blood results at the hospital
