I Went To Urgent Care. I Had A Swollen Testicular

I went to urgent care. I had a swollen testicular tube. Hurt my testicles. So he gave me antibiotics. But it doesn't explain the lumps I had between my rectum and scrotum. He did a prostate exam. No pain or swelling. But it was a nurse not a Dr. I understand epidipity or something like that is external bacteria. But how. Sex with the same women for 10 yrs. But she had lumps too prior to me. And a skin rash. Any info?
