I Went To Urgent Care On Friday Due To Severe

I went to urgent care on Friday due to severe back pain in left half of lower back and radiating around to left lower abdomen. Lots of pressure in the bladder area. Gave a urine specimen. Blood was obviously present. No results from dr. Yet. Given 500 mg of Levaquin as an antibiotic for 7 days. Urine cleared up and back pain eased a bit on Saturday. Today I have more pressure in bladder area, more urgency and now there is burning. The back pain is back to the same intensity as on Friday. Should I go to the emergency room?
