I Went To Urgent Care On June 12 After Being

I went to urgent care on June 12 after being sick for 2 weeks I was told I had coupons bronchitis,chest congestion and a small ear infection.I finished my medications including antibiotic O took for seven days,my ear is still plugged up and has been this way since a couple days before I went to urgent care . I have tried popping it but that doesn't work, is there something else I can try like ear was removed or do I need to go to the docter?
