I Went Too Dr Today Because I Was Having What

I went too dr today because I was having what I thought was uti symptoms such as burning and pelvic pain,my dr did a urine test which came back clear and culture test which they had too send off too a lab and then just sent me home with no med.I am not sure what too do at this point,I am still having pelvic pain and burning.
