I Went Yesterday To My Pap-results And They Say I

I went yesterday to my pap-results and they say I have HGSIL. Im scared because I have a high history of cancer I my family...All of my grandparents died of some sort of cancer...my dad of lung cancer my aunt of breast cancer and my causing now has ovarian cancer...I've been reading the symptoms of ovarian cancer and I've been experiencing them, but I have not told my doctor because I have no insurance to get so many test...yet now with this results I am concerned... I have regular periods though...is this a cause for concern...or am I exaggerating...should I tell the doctor that does the colposcopy
