I Will Be 70 In April This Year. I Am

I will be 70 in April this year. I am in good health except for a few things. I am on blood thinners as I have an inherited clotting disorder. I had total right hip replacement done thru the VA Hospital in Temple, Texas 12 July 20016 and have been exceptionally pleased with the results. There have been no problems with the joint. My problem is pain in the front groin extending almost to my knee when I walk. The effort of moving my right leg as I walk is and is getting worse starting about 6 weeks ago. Any ideas that I may share with my doctor?
