I Will Be Having Shoulder Surgery, And My Doctor Wants

I will be having shoulder surgery, and my doctor wants to prescribe opiods right after for pain. I took a strong prescribed pain killer a long while back. I had severe intestinal cramps, and my entire body was soaked in sweat. I almost passed out. But I do not remember the name of what it was. What should I do?
