I Will Be Hearing Back From My Doctor Sometime Tomorrow

I will be hearing back from my doctor sometime tomorrow (spoke to a nurse briefly and left message). But, I am in fear right now. My blood pressure became consistently elevated a couple of months ago. I have PsA and Sjogrens Syndrome (along with unanswered problems). I have blotches every night up and down my arms and legs. My doc decided to lower some of my medications rather than put me on hypertension meds right now. BP was lower so was decided to monitor. The last 3 days I have had a migraine then bad headache, exhaustion and bp is between 145/100 - 160/105. Do you think it is okay to wait until tomorrow or am I in emergent danger?
