I Will Be Taking Malarone While On Trip To Kenya

I will be taking malarone while on trip to Kenya and Tanzania. I take levothyroxine, and am planning to take peptobismol prophilactically. I also have a prescription for ciproflaxin in case of GI problems. What do I need to know about how to take these medications to avoid interactions or interference?
