I Will Be Turning 40 This December And I Already

I will be turning 40 this december and i already have a hypertention medication few months ago i shifted to 5mg amlodopine from 10mg as advised by my doctor and it really works but lately my bp elevated due to drinking alcohol and smoking mostly my resting bp now is 120/80 and 130/90 but when i visit the clinic my bp always elevate and the lowest bp i get is 140/90 in the clinic please advise.
