I Will Cramp In The Lower Abdomen And Have To

I will cramp in the lower abdomen and have to go to the bathroom. I do not have diarrhea but light colored stools. After using the bathroom the cramping passes. Two days ago I went back and forth to the bathroom, never diarrhea. After eating something I get the cramping symptoms and must go.
