I Will Give A Short List Of My Problems. I

I will give a short list of my problems. I have type 2 diabetes, psoriasis with arthritis, I have been doing okay I guess but as of late I'm tired all the time all I think about is going back to bed read or watch tv. I haven't no desire to do anything. My paphos gave me shots in my knees and shoulder. I have also got vitamin B12 shots they helped but didn't last.
I need to know what I can do to help and stop feeling this way.
