I Will Like To Know Why I Am Feeling Like

I will like to know why I am feeling like a something like liquid moves inside my head. It lasted about 30 seconds or so. It didn't hurt but it felt strange. After that day I noticed that I wake up with headache in the back of my head and neck and some on my shoulders.
What could it be?
