I Wiped My Bike Out And Cracked 3 Ribs Also

I wiped my bike out and cracked 3 ribs also hit my head hard the hospital said bad concussion . But I am sniffing blood into my mouth
today it was bright red but then it was dark. Also have a really sore head on the side I hit..
Is this normal
