I Wish To Request You To Please Let Us Know

I wish to request you to please let us know the reasons in the chest to feel dizzy/movement. Actually my wife Age 48 years feeling dizzy/Movement in chest. (24 hours). Health is Normal. Weight is 54 Kg. Blood Presser is Normal.

Following Test has been done:

1. Brain MRI
2. ECHO
3. EGC
4. HEMOGLOBIN
5. THYROID

All the above test are Normal

I shall be thankful to you for your advice to us the reason for the said problem. Whether We should go to the Cardiologist or we should go to to the Neurologist.
