I Wish You Could Help Me. No One Else Seems

I wish you could help me. No one else seems to be able nor do they care. I have COPD diagnosed 3 years ago. I am 73. The most debilitating problem I have is not shortness of breath. it is overwhelming periods of heat sensations. Is this caused by COPD? I cannot find one single person with COPD who has this trouble except me. My doctors look at me like I am crazy.
