I Woke This Morning With A Painful Lump Just Above

I woke this morning with a painful lump just above my left temple (above the hairline) and also just in front and above my left ear. At first believed was acne or related but as day progressed pain has increased. Feels like I have on a tight headband. I am 53, female, type 2 diabetic(averages 170), w/high bp ( averages 145/90 w/medication)
