I Woke Up 2 Days Ago With A Raw Place

I woke up 2 days ago with a raw place in my upper gums and today it has spread and my face is swollen on that side. My muscles in general ache and my head hurts. I just finished a steroid pack and antibiotic for sinus infection but the head ache still seems sinus related. Could the rawness and swelling be associated with sinuses and I need another round of medicine?
