I Woke Up Friday Morning With A Very Tender Nose

I woke up Friday morning with a very tender nose higher up by the bridge of the nose. It is super super tender and can't touch it hardly at all. there's no bruising on the outside at all. it is all inside. my nose runs like crazy when I get out of the shower & stops about 30 minutes later & I dont' have any more drainage.
