I Woke Up Saturday Morning With My Right Outside Knee

I woke up Saturday morning with my right outside knee little swollen. I had helped my husband move a dresser the day before and used my legs to push. As day ended very difficult to walk on and now swelling is x2 compared to the left one. I currently have an ice pack on it. I can not take Motrin (had a gastric bypass 18 months ago, no motrin products) I can take Celebrex though. When should I go to MD for medical treatment vs. home treatment?
