I Woke Up A Few Days Ago With A Slightly

I woke up a few days ago with a slightly irritated eye. My right lacrimal gland (or whatever the little hole in the upper inner corner of the eye is called) is a bit swollen and very tender. I've tried rinsing it out with water and saline solution but neither is working. The swelling is getting worse, not better. What should I do?
