I Woke Up About 3 Days Ago With Muffled Hearing

I woke up about 3 days ago with muffled hearing and today I'm almost fully deaf in my right ear also I am getting an electric shock like pain in my right arm which comes and goes it seems to happen more when I turn my head quickly or move my arm quickly also when I turn on the tap or try to open a jar I get this electric jolt feeling through my arm, my arm also feels weaker and number than usual and my right leg seems to today when I went for a walk I noticed it felt heavy which made walking harder
