I Woke Up About A Hour Ago And I Think

I woke up about a hour ago and I think I got up to fast I blacked out and fell I hit my ear on a glass jar I had in a bag on the floor and it cut my ear I have a gash. When I tilted my head to the right blood flows out should I go to the Er to have it checked out to make sure nothing major happened ? I have a headache but my hearing is fine there is just still blood
