I Woke Up Almost 2 Yrs Ago With Severe Vertigo,

I woke up almost 2 yrs ago with severe vertigo, after a year or so I had an MRI and they discovered I had 3 lesions in my Corpus Callosum ranging in size from 3cm to 4.5 cm..I had been having problems with coordination for 3 yrs so the Dr. thought I had MS well after 2 Neurologists and a spinal tap they have concurred that I don't have MS. The last 6 months I wake up with a headache everyday, I am also having memory problems and " finding" words while Im speaking. I have forgotten my brother's and my fiancé s names! Well after all of this I still don't have a diagnosis, part of the problem I have had is being on medicaid. That fact alone has made it almost impossible at times in because of the"necessity " factor. One of the doctors thought I had more than 3 lesions after the 3rd MRI, so he referred me to a neurologist. But so far all I hear is the "wait and see thing". Question : Should I be worried?? I am frightened.
