I Woke Up Around 3 Am To Go To The

I woke up around 3 am to go to the bathroom my upper stomach felt like I got punch. Went to bed then woke up about 1030 I notice in middle of my sterum left side and upper back hurts like I pulled a muscle. I checked my pulse and it normal. My head feels like airhead and feel tired..what do you think I have? Oh I did take 2 baby asprin about 330 today.
