I Woke Up During The Night Feeling Dizzy, Was Fine

I woke up during the night feeling dizzy, was fine most of the day, but was sore this evening. I laid on the floor and my husband used a roller on my quad and lower back. When I tried to sit up I became dizzy again and now I feel nauseous and dizzy when I move. My pulse is 60 sitting down
