I Woke Up During The Night With Stomach Pain, Lasted

I woke up during the night with stomach pain, lasted a couple of hours. This morning I had diahrrea twice, took immodium, it subsided. Have had intermittent nausea all day accompanied by back pain around my rib cage, more so on my right but also on the left. Also have some gas; no fever.
