I Woke Up Early This Morning Around 4 Am With

I woke up early this morning around 4 am with what felt like a pinching feeling in the middle of my chest, close to my left breast where my heart is. I'm a 43 year old female. I dont drink or smoke. It happened a few times this afternoon as well, but it doesnt last long. Should I be seeing a doctor for this?
