I Woke Up From A Sound Sleep By Feeling Dizzy.

I woke up from a sound sleep by feeling dizzy. I opened my eyes and the roomy was totally spinning. I felt nauseous and closed my eyes. It continued for a few minutes. After several hours of not moving at all, I got up and felt dizzy but my day was normal. That night it happened again, every time I turned my head while sleeping. What is this caused by? I took Cephlex for 3 days a week ago for a skin infection but stopped after 3 days because I was allergic. Two days later, I had mild bells palsy in one eye and one lip. Then a week later, I got the middle of the night dizziness. Is the Cephlex the cause? What can I do to get better?
