I Woke Up In The Middle Of The Night, Did

I woke up in the middle of the night, did not get enough sleep for two days prior to that. I had a real bad headache, I think from lack of sleep. I also felt nausea, I tried not to vomit by taking deep breaths but still vomited two or three times, while I was vomiting I had a nose bleed, the first nose bleed I ever had. I am wondering why I vomited and had a nose bleed? Thank you!
