I Woke Up In The Middle Of The Night Throwing

I woke up in the middle of the night throwing up and diahrria which I gathered was the flue but now I have other syptoms sorry for the spelling :( I am having muscule cramps in my legs from the knees down and in my right ankle and I have pains in my body cavitie is this normal
