I Woke Up In The Middle Of The Night With

I woke up in the middle of the night with liquid pouring out of my nose it was burning from this. I am on antibiotics for bronchitis. My nose felt really stuffy for a few days before this happened. I did use otrivin once the day before. when I blew my nose it the morning there was a slight yellow color to it. Do you think this is a sinus infection?
