I Woke Up In The Middle Of The Night With

I woke up in the middle of the night with a headache. I have been feeling REALLY jittery all day (has happened often in the last couple of months) finally had my blood pressure taken, it was 130/90. Besides the jittery feeling, I've also felt kind of dazed. I've made an appt with my doctor for a week from today. Should I be seen before then or do I need to see a doctor immediately?

I've had thyroid issues in the past, but been under control for two years - no longer medicated. I thought maybe it was my thyroid again, but those levels came back normal.
