I Woke Up Last Night With Tight Feeling In My

I woke up last night with tight feeling in my left hand. My hand seemed swollen as my rings were tight. When I woke this morning, I took my rings off. All day my hand has felt tight. It doesn't look swollen but it feels very tight especially in my knuckles. My right hand doesn't seem to feel the same. What could this be?
