I Woke Up My Bp Was 150/108 It Had Me

I woke up my bp was 150/108 it had me feeling presure in my head and disoriented i must add im 6 mths out from an ativan discontinuation so bp is one of my sxs. I usually get a bp reading of 128/88 -130/88.should i be worried. Ps i took a shower it went down too 150/100.
