I woke up one morning wth aching joints in my hands, knees and ankles primarily. I know you ache with the flue but I didn't feel sick. I went to my internist, had a blood test and he Sid everything was normal except
My inflamatin was high. He said it was a virus in my joints. They are swollen too.. He told me yo take ibuprofen (Advil) 3x a day and I could take up to 3-3x a day. Because it was a virus I couldn't have an antibiotic. This has never happened before. It's only slightly better.
