I Woke Up Sweating Like Crazy All Over My Body

I woke up sweating like crazy all over my body mostly my head also feeling very sick, i gagged quite a few times, then after taking a couple of painkillers i was sick milky colour liquid i do smoke weed could this be the problem? this has never happened to me and i have smoked weed for around 11 years i understand that smoking weed can lead to some serious health issues and i am looking into trying to stop but any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
