I Woke Up This Morning And Had And Still Have

I woke up this morning and had and still have a sharp pain on the left foot on the outside in one spot. It doesnt hurt when i touch it but really hurts when I walk, it kind of feels like its a broken bone in my foot but i didnt do anything to it, what could this be?
