I Woke Up This Morning And My Hands, Feet &

I woke up this morning and my hands, feet & legs were swollen. There was redness on my left foot & they are both cold. I also have been dizzy with off &on uncontrollable urge to hold my tired/achy eyes. My thought process is sluggish as well. This has actually been going on all week except for the swelling.
