I Woke Up This Morning Feeling Fine. Then Suddenly Heard

I woke up this morning feeling fine. Then suddenly heard a loud beep in my right ear. Since then my own voice and sound has been echoing in my ear. No pain. Slight feeling of fullness in the ear, and dizziness. There isn't a constant ringing - just high pitched echoing when there's sound.
